Terms & Conditions for Awardees
By accepting an award or recognition from Human Rights Protection Council, India (HRPCI),
the recipient agrees to follow the following terms and ethical responsibilities.
General Terms
- Awards are honorary acknowledgements only.
- They do not provide any legal, academic or government authority.
- Awardees must represent the recognition ethically.
Usage Terms
- Awards must not be misused for fraud or false claims.
- No award should be presented as Government, University or UN statutory recognition.
- Honorary Doctorate recognition must be clearly represented as “Honorary”.
Public Representation
- Awardees may publicly acknowledge their award responsibly.
- Awardees allow HRPCI to publish their names and photos for record and transparency.
No Guarantee or Legal Rights
- No employment, legal benefit or privilege is attached to awards.
- Participation is voluntary and non-refundable unless officially stated.
Withdrawal Policy
- Award may be cancelled if false information is discovered.
- Misuse for illegal or unethical purposes will result in immediate withdrawal.
- HRPCI decision is final and binding.
