Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments, fees, registrations, nominations, awards, recognitions, memberships, and Honorary Doctorate processing charges made to Human RIghts Protection Council, India (HRPCI). By making any payment, the applicant agrees to this policy.

1. Nature of Payments

• Nomination Fees
• Processing Charges
• Membership Fees
• Documentation & Certification Fees
• Event Registration Fees

All above charges are considered as service-based, documentation handling and administrative processing fees.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All fees paid are strictly Non-Refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, transferred, adjusted or refunded.

3. Exceptions (Refund Possible Only If)

• If the organization cancels the award ceremony / program permanently.
• If duplicate payment is accidentally made due to technical error.
• If payment is deducted but not received by organization.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days after verification.

4. No Cash Refund

Refunds (if approved) will only be processed through the same payment mode used during the transaction. No cash or manual refund will be provided.

5. Responsibility of Applicant

• Applicants must read all guidelines before payment.
• Provide correct personal, academic & professional details.
• Ensure eligibility before applying.

6. Dispute & Legal

Any dispute regarding payment shall fall under the jurisdiction of applicable courts where the organization is legally registered.

7. Agreement

By submitting application and making payment, the applicant fully agrees to this Refund Policy without any objection.
